EA can not be held liable for any information relating to park, trail, climbing or camping data (“Activities”) presented on the site. Content is provided informational purposes only. Provided photos should have the permission of all individuals appearing in the photo prior to submission. If you are unsure, do not submit the content. If you have submitted content and then request the content to be removed; allow 30 days for full removal. EA is not responsible for external archived or search results which may continue to display the content even after it has been removed.

EA strictly prohibits the use of or linking to of images appearing on our Website without the expressed written consent of EA and the EA web team. If external usage of site graphic(s) is identified, the appropriate parties will be notified and asked to remove the graphic(s). If at which time, the graphic(s) are not removed within 30 days, legal assistance will be contacted.

Feedback and Online Surveys

Feedback provided through the EA Contact link requires a First and Last Name and Email address. This information is used for the sole purpose of supporting your question. Your information will be shared internally with the appropriate parties. We do not support anonymous feedback. Online surveys should be complete at your  discretion. All online services are anonymous and your name or email will never be collected or attached to the survey data.
