EA is continually improving and adding new functionality and features to this Website and improving and adding to its existing services and programs. EA can not be held liable for any information relating to park, trail, climbing or camping data (“Activities”) presented on the site. Content is provided informational purposes only. Due to the changing nature of these Activities, Users should use caution before engaging in any Activity related and/or presented on this site. If You find incorrect or outdated information, please let EA know and they data will be verified and updated. Some activities presented on this site could be dangerous. In exchange, EA will display your public user name on your main content page. Your public user name may not appear in search results which display excerpts of your content. Provided photos should have the permission of all individuals appearing in the photo prior to submission. If you are unsure, do not submit the content. If you have submitted content and then request the content to be removed; allow 30 days for full removal. EA is not responsible for external archived or search results which may continue to display the content even after it has been removed.

External Use of Site Images

EA strictly prohibits the use of or linking to of images appearing on our Website without the expressed written consent of EA and the EA web team. If external usage of site graphic(s) is identified, the appropriate parties will be notified and asked to remove the graphic(s). If at which time, the graphic(s) are not removed within 30 days, legal assistance will be contacted.

Feedback and Online Surveys

Feedback provided through the EA Contact link requires a First and Last Name and Email address. This information is used for the sole purpose of supporting your question. Your information will be shared internally with the appropriate parties. We do not support anonymous feedback. Online surveys should be complete at your  discretion. All online services are anonymous and your name or email will never be collected or attached to the survey data.

By subscribing, you are allowing EA to contact you via email for the sole purpose of delivering the content requested on the subscription distribution schedule. In rare instances, the online unsubscribe method may not remove you properly; and therefore, you would need to contact the church office to be removed. EA also uses third-party sites Facebook.com and Twitter.com (“Third Party”) to deliver  content. Subscriptions to these services are in no way related to EA. When using Third Party sites, you should be aware of their terms of service and Privacy Policies. EA use of these services is not an endorsement of their products.
